Negative: For a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of essential facilities. There was no iron in the room, and no basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, or socks were provided. The room did not have a smart TV, fridge, or even a landline phone to contact reception. Additionally, the hairdryer kept stopping every minute, making it difficult to use.
